Article 1 — Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders for the supply, customization, and delivery of ready-to-use modular structures placed with Moduscap Co., Ltd. Any order implies full acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 — Orders

Orders are definitively accepted only after written confirmation from Moduscap and receipt of the required deposit. The stated delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a firm contractual commitment.

Article 3 — Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros excluding taxes. A deposit is required upon ordering. The balance is payable before or after delivery according to the agreements made with each customer. Any late payment incurs penalties calculated at three times the legal interest rate.

Article 4 — Delivery and Installation

Delivery is made to the agreed address. The customer undertakes to prepare the site in accordance with the specifications provided by Moduscap. Transport costs are included in the quote unless otherwise stated.

Article 5 — Warranties

Our modular structures benefit from a ten-year warranty in accordance with current legislation. The warranty of perfect completion covers a period of one year from the date of acceptance of the works.

Article 6 — Liability

Moduscap's liability is limited to the amount of the order. Moduscap shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Article 7 — Applicable Law

These GTC are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
