Article 2 - Services offered

• Manufacturing of modules in the workshop

• Connections and finishes
• Ten-year warranty and after-sales service

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are indicated in euros including tax. A personalized quote will be established for each project.

Article 4 - Payment terms

Responsibility

moduscap.store s'engage à réaliser les travaux conformément aux règles de l'art et aux normes en vigueur. Notre responsabilité ne peut être engagée en cas de :

• Force majeure (exceptional bad weather, natural disasters, etc.)
• Non-compliance by the client with his obligations (payment, accessibility of the land, authorizations)
• Modifications requested by the customer in progress

Disputes
